We strive to display product information accurately, including descriptions, images, and prices. Colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural variations in materials, especially leather products. All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase products subject to availability and these Terms. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways, and we do not store full card details. In case of payment failure or discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to shipping partners, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ensure the shipping address is correct; InQorio is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return in front of the delivery man before receiving the product for defective items, incorrect items, or damage during delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Leather products are not eligible for returns due to color variation, wear, or natural imperfections unless defective. Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product and processed via the original payment method within seven to fourteen business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by InQorio. For Bangladesh customers, refunds may be processed to the bank account or mobile wallet used in the purchase. For EU customers, refunds comply with GDPR consumer rights, and you may have up to fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase of non-customized goods. Exchanges are possible if the requested product is available in stock, with shipping fees for exchanges borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

User Accounts

Creating an account on our website is optional but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with USA, GDPR (EU), and Bangladesh standards. We take appropriate measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
